Ashley Blumoff Ashley Blumoff is the founder and owner of The Placement Group, Inc. She developed The Placement Group with a distinctive dedication to meeting the needs of her clients and candidates. She began recruiting for a top placement agency in Los Angeles, CA and upon returning to Texas, she decided to start her own agency which has enabled her to implement her unique recruiting strategies and business style. Ashley has a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. 		Katherine Moore Katherine Moore came to The Placement Group team with a strong background in corporate recruiting in the Finance and Hospitality industry. Katherine's recruiting strengths lie in filling a range of positions from entry level to executive level in a wide variety of concentrations, including, but not limited to, Human Resources, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, and Real Estate. In addition to her successful recruiting background, Katherine has extensive Human Resources, Marketing, and Training experience, which makes her a key consultant to all of our candidates.
