Loft style building in the heart of downtown Sherman, Texas is in need of a 30/hr week property manager!
This position will require:
- Execution of a marketing plan
- Tenant retention
- Leasing
- Posting listings
- Liaise with property owners building issues
- Manage on-site maintenance crew
- Manage all tenant issues
