| Escrow Officers and Escrow Assistants
Our client, a nationwide title company located in North Dallas, is seeking several Seasoned Escrow Officers and Escrow Assistants for their growing team. This company is growing and thriving and looking for strong team members to join in their continued success. Company health and corporate benefits are provided.
The position of Escrow Officer completes real estate transactions by determining requirements, clearing title issues, assembling, preparing, and reviewing closing documents, disbursing funds, completing post closings, and service functions. Qualified candidates will have an established book of business and will currently be closing 20 files a month. Salary is $40k + Commission depending on experience.
Duties include:
• Contact clients, following-up on leads and explaining services
• Determine escrow requirements by studying and clarifying buyer, seller and lender instructions
• Clear title by ordering payoffs and resolving title defects
• Review documents with parties, explain policies and procedures, answer questions, review documents for completeness and accuracy and obtain necessary signatures
• Comply with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, both internal and external
• Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and challenges
We are also looking for Escrow Assistants!!
Candidates for the Escrow Assistant position will have strong experience assisting Escrow Officers with all aspects of closing real estate transactions in the State of Texas. The salary for this position is $33k - $36k.
Qualifications:
• Candidates must have extensive experience processing orders, curing title defects/potential defects, calling on payoffs, ordering surveys, and funding the file.
• 1 year of Escrow Assistant experience or 3 years of experience in the title industry
• Candidates must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to assist customers with their inquiries and requests and be customer focused.
• Candidates must be a commissioned Notary Public or eligible to receive a commission Notary Public for the State of Texas. |
