| Associate Financial Planner
Prestigious Financial Services Institution is seeking an Associate Financial Planner for a top producing broker.
Ideal candidates for this position will have proficient experience assisting fast-paced brokers, hold the ability to liaise with high-net worth individuals, and maintain confidential and important financial material with efficiency and accuracy. We are seeking an articulate and intelligent professional with a great personality to join this growing team.
The person in this role will be responsible for handling all administrative duties from scheduling meetings, processing vital paperwork, handling wire transfers, working closely managing clients while the brokers are out of the office, as well as many other special projects.
Candidates must be Series 7 and Series 63 licensed to be considered for this position or have a strong desire to become licensed. A minimum of 4 years of administrative experience assisting a broker is required.
